Terry Paule, The Findex Chairman and self described "inspiring leader and wealth of knowledge and experience", found guilty of breaching his fiduciary duties as a director by a NSW Supreme Court, thought that can't be right and there was no way he was going to hand over one cent to the poor victims and real, actual founder of Botanical Water Technologies. With all his "wealth of knowledge" he choose to waste the courts time and a lot of his money appealing to any court he could.

Well he actually tried to appeal all the way to the High Court of Australia. As expected, it was refused with costs. Unfortunately Terry doesn't get his Daryl Kerrigan High Court moment and he is now up for $30m+, most of which are costs accumulated from his stalling and pigheaded tactics.

The lawyers on both sides, are getting paid millions by Terry Paule, the shareholders of the company he defrauded are getting millions. Findex clients.... you're in good hands!
